Mistake made by an agent who canceled my flight to go

my days have been an odyssey since I called to make a change to my return flight, the person made the mistake of canceling my outward journey, now they made a report to hear the call to see who had the mistake I just wanted to change my return and that person canceled my trip, now no one is responsible and I am waiting to solve the problem since last week, no one is responsible for you, they wash their hands saying that they have to wait and since now the ticket is more expensive I do not they want to pay and they say they have no availability. I advise them to check well because they are not I ask for a manager and they are never available because the agents work from the houses for your problem

Who were you advising to check? You were dealing with a third party AT YOUR CHOOSING.

Expedia got their initial amount based on terms of service. You were cheap and lost.

Don’t be that person. Do better.

If you had no issues spending night there you should have no issue paying. If you cannot afford a hotel room sleep on the streets or homeless shelter.

I needed to move a reservation by 1 night and add a night. They refused to credit the 1 night. So I lost $275! I did not try for a refund just to move the reservation!

User’s recommendation: Don’t do it go to the hotel’s site!

Cancel flights & car rentals

Im abiding by Payless 100% refund policy, however they still want to charge $50 for cancellation. I am waiting to hear back and was told by Expedia that I would have to call in 72 hours. Is that 72 hours wait going to put me within the 48 hour timeframe and I will not qualify for the 100% refund? Sounds wrong.

I did not get my refund for the flight NY-JFK-Sofia at 06/30/2022 made through Expedia. Details are: flight Number LH401 JFK Intl – FRA Intl. And flight LH1456 FRA-SOF. This itinerary was changed and than-canceled. So, I couldn’t fly and lost my money. I I insist to have refund. I do wait already 4 mounts.
