Continuing issues with service

We have had continuous issues with spectrum, with Wi-Fi which actually is the only way to have a house phone. We have had Wi-Fi outage issues on daily basis and always on the with spectrum. We pay almost $400 a month just to have Wi-Fi outage on daily basis.

User’s recommendation: Definitely checkout frontier, they have much better quality of service and products.

Do NOT get phones through Spectrum mobile!

A simple return should not be this hard! I ordered a phone & ive been trying to send it back ever since there was an error in sending my return label via email nobody can seem to fix it so now Im being told I have to wait a WEEK & up to a MONTH before I can get a return label!! originally I was told it would be an easy process & the return would happen within a matter of a few days!!! Thats not the case Customer Service is Unqualified & DONT know what they are doing!! They have made MANY mistakes on TRYING fixing this issue! Now I will miss out on getting the phone I wanted!

Cable issue

I was unable to watch Spectrum cable TV every evening for approximately 10 days. Was wondering if there was any pro-rated compensation for this lengthy inconvenience. Not sure what happened, but works fine now. Thanks, Scott Harris

Equipment didn’t work was returned on time they want $188 for their failure

I ordered Internet for my house through Spectrum. They sent the equipment and I hooked it up. It didn’t work. I spent 3 hours doing their job. I packed up the equipment and shipped it back on time. I called to tell them and spent over 20 minutes getting a sales pitch trying to sell me additional services like cable and phone. I told the jerk the equipment is packed up As soon as we hang up, I’m taking it to UPS. Do your job. Now they are trying to blackmail me for $188

User’s recommendation: Stay away. Total ripoff company. They will not allow you to cancel if your equipment doesn’t work.

The service is horrible. It constantly goes out when it rains too much or when it too hot. Today it’s been out for 6 hours. I hope they discount the bill $75.00 for everyone for the terrible service. I’m gonna switch because I’m tried of the outages all the time

Price hike of $5 on home internet

I will look forward to the day when another option will work for home internet. Spectrum raises prices whenever they need to generate more $$ and we get no additional service. See ya when I get time to switch service
