Donât make the mistake I did do not sign up for YouTube TV. Itâs so difficult to cancel once they have your credit card number youâre screwed

Got charged for free trial

I got an email for a free trial of HBO and Cinemax, and I was told I didn’t have to do anything after the trial, it would be automatically canceled. Yesterday I got charged for the channels.

User’s recommendation: Make sure you cancel yourself because they wonât do it like they say they will.

Don’t use YouTube tv.

My Mom could not understand how to work it. she got very frustrated. This is so not fair to me. I thought I cancelled utube

My watch time hours just disappeared

Hi YouTube I have a problem with my watch hours. Yesterday I had a Watch time total of 3642. And today I just went to see how much I gained and all of a sudden its back to 414. Right now I am mad because all that time I spent all those 3000 hours are gone I believe this is a mistake this Hass to be a bug this is wrong can you guys figure out what just happened yesterday I had 3000 and today its like all gone! Right now I am super mad. Can you guys help me and tell me what went wrong?! Because right now Im a bit scared and mad! YouTube please help me.

Billing issues

Thank you for your Email. I was unable to reach anyone on the phone. I was charged 68.89 on 5/25 I was charged 24.78 on 6/1 I was charged 58.29 on 6/1 I am a new customer and signed up because the first three months should have been free (thru August). Why am I being charged these rates when my fee should be $65.00 after the first three months. Please advise. Thank you,

Charged when I was suppose to.

Husband signed up for 30 days free trial, with in a week, I was charged almost $70. Tried to call customer service to cancel, and the number they have for customer support is no longer in service. Tried to go on app to cancel and it won’t let me. Very frustrating.

I just realized that youtube still thinks that I’ve moved to the Rogue Valley. I recieved a notice that told me you guys were changing me from my current address to S. Oregon

Need help watching live on tv

I contacted YouTube TV app because I could not get my TV to cast or my phone to cast to my TV last night a gentleman helped me and it worked just fine the lady said she was sending me an email after I restarted my phone if it would not cast that I so it would be escalated to a team to help me instead I get this pissed app thing I tried to call them they blocked my number I would not recommend the TV app

Need help watching live on tv

Well right now I want to complain about the lady told me that she was sending me an email so that they could send it to the escalating team so they could get my TV working if restarting my phone did not work when I open my email I get this pissed customer thing that I didn’t ask to join I tried to call them back and they have blocked my number

I CANNOT GET ANY CHANNEL ON MY YOUTUBE TV

Right now they suck because I cannot access ANY CHANNEL, SO I’M NOT HAPPY. Normally it works fine and has lots of channels and unlimited DVR. The channel I want the most is the TENNIS CHANNEL, but they don’t have it. I’ve been happy with their service since the end of last year and didn’t have any problems. NONE.
