I received my package from Amazon, the shipping box arrived damaged and smashed and the kirkland signature olive oil spilled all over the box and the pistachio scattered inside the box with olive oil in it. Amazon did not refund my order and I am so disappointed. That was ordered before Christmas as a package for unfortunate ones. I hope this can get resolved

My deliveries were left on the side of the highway 150 feet from my front door. The driveway didnt have that much snow that they couldnt drive up to the front door. This is unacceptable.

Worst movie channel for good services ever. Have multiple issues and was transferred multiple times between Canada and the US. AWFUL

For them to hold their Drivers accountable by insuring that they are delivering to the right place. Then ring the bell or better yet if no one at home take your package then have them pick it at a depot.

My order was busted open

My order was broken and all the contents spilled all over my building. So no, I did not get any help from you. I was told to scoop it up and return, I just wanted it replaced. I did not want a refund. I have called 1 time before with an issue. I spend alot every month so, I find this response unacceptable.

I’m annoyed.

You sent me half of the order. I order 6 sublimation cups and was only sent 3 and 3 empty boxes. I need them for my business and they wont send me the 3 missing. I have to send back the 3 I need, and wait for my refund and then reorder to potentially get my full order. Im annoyed as I need them and do not want to sent the 3 back. I just want you to send the 3 out that are missing so I can finish my order.

Very Bad at Delivery

I ordered earbuds to be gifted to my wife on occasion of our marriage anniversary on 17th and same day it was showing delivery. I waited for whole day and at 6:00 pm status showing delivered to the Residence, but unfortunately I didnt received and I feel to bad for not gifting on time to my wife. Amazon delivery people are not at all serious about their delivery

Product never arrived.

On January 16 I received an email that my item was to arrive on January 15. I contacted Amazon. I was informed that there is a 48 hour window. Today is January 20. I still have not received my purchased item.

I called the wrong number what gives you the right to harass me with your emails? When I first call the 1st customer service who answered my call hang up the phone in the middle of our talk & then I tried again, no one answered the phone but just pick up the phone & hang up & the 3 rd customer service named Ovar E. answered politely & made my request clearly done so I have made my transaction to Amazon fulfilled. Hes a great customer service.
