If you accidentally hit “2 day delivery” it automatically gets you on Prime while checking out and they automatically charge you $100.00 plus your order. Mine came in in 2 days without using prime or 2 day shipping.

Fed x shows delivery. Nothing was dropped off at all. Next to delivered it says problem with delivery. Customer service person would not call fed-x to review the problem

I was invoiced and paid for an item that was never delivered and never notified that i did not receive this item. I immediately tried to reorder…but Amazon refunded the money to my Credit card.

Late delivery, update not changed in two days. Do not know the carrier

Delivery was late by two days and would change each day. I preferred that particular product due to the earlier delivery. Amazon gives a list of carriers but did not tell me who would deliver it so so I could not call the carrier and get an update. Another order was indicated a delivery On Monday but came in a day early. Do not like inconsistent information.

User’s recommendation: Be patient and don’t count On promised deliveries.

The person who helped solve my problem was so helpful and courteous. I realized after he asked me some questions, that the charge was mine. I was at my daughters house and she helped me order something and I had forgot about it. I am thankful for his patience and helpfulness! Great customer service!

Customer service

I called in regards to my Christmas tree decorations. They sent the wrong color and damaged. The customer service person could not understand me and I couldnt even understand him (language barrier) so I got super frustrated and asked to speak to a manager or different person he told me that they couldnt give me no assistance. I just had back surgery and couldnt make it and drop off places. This the first time I have ever been treated like this and I ordered from Amazon every week. I sure hope this isnt the beginning of the holiday service

Trying to get help getting on to Prime Video

I am a prime member and have been for quite some time. When I tried today I was told that I had to contact Amazon prime. I was on the phone foe over 15 min with a rep and still cant get in to Prime TV. Rep was very patient but I dont understand why this process has to be so difficult

They were useless, they could barely speak English and there was a lot of noise in the background. Someone used my CC fraudulently to purchase something and Amazon couldn’t tell me what ir who purchased the items!!! So i am out almost $150 and still have no answers!!! I hope Jeff Bezos is happy!!!

I ordered an item and it was impossible for me to get a cancellation on 2 items they told me there was nothing that they could do to cancel the order. They told me to contact my bank and it wasn’t even ten minutes after I placed the order and that’s what they did to me.a complete run around. I’m so disappointed in the customer service representative.
