Be adequately compensated for the losses xfinity is causing me and the request I have from the beginning asked for. Transfer my same service to the new address where I live. Is this really that damn difficult that now I’m unable to pay for my medication

I have two email addresses one from my Comcast account in Chicago and one for my Comcast account in Florida I dont want the Florida email address I never use it and I cant seem to get to an agent to resolve this I get caught in your loop Ill wait to hear from somebody my phone number is 224-392-**** and dont ask me to do it on the Internet because I cant see

Why am I getting the play by play in Spanish when everything else is in English

When reaching their automated voice machine I stated what is written above. I was then switched to a Spanish speaking machine and took many attempts in English and Spanish with mucho cursing before I finally got some one who spoke English. Even their request for feedback came in Spanish.

User’s recommendation: Don’t mention a language in your complaint.

Disable hot spot

Never got past the automated system My firestick will not connect now because when I turn on the tv it says Welcome to xfinity hot spot. Even though I disabled this in the website. Can’t use the Wifi I pay for on my tv now through my New Firestick. I do not use the flex I returned only the square tall modem.I

To warn costumers in seeking internet service

I had a terrible experience with Xfinity. Their costumer service is awful. They have taken my money and provided me no service. They are crooks and I wouldn’t refer their service to my worst enemy. And I have yet to be refunded my 75$ with no service.

User’s recommendation: Dont do it, try At&t or Spectrum.

Modem doesn’t start

I haven’t been able to use my modem since i purchased it , called 2 times and got a run around that i had to take it back to the boost store where i purchased it , then on the 3rd call i finally am getting a new one.
