After recharge proper package is not entertained

Sir, Yesterday i have recharged my Videocon d2h service. My id is 13798****. My monthly package is rs 213/ /pm. But this time I have recharged rs 300 /- . This is to inform you that I CANNOT entertain the Bengali channels like zee Bangla, star jhalsha, Kindly return my earlier Bengali package which I had entertained 3 months back. Presently no such channels came. I am waiting for your kind response Thanking You Satya Narayan Bag bally, Howrah, West Bengal

Poor signal in all channels

To lack of signal quality, no such activated channels working properly it is seen only black whole screen n even no sound is there. So kindly do what is necessary

I called d2h costomercare to get help. But they are repeatedly disconnecting me without helping me

I called customer care to know my monthly packages. They said that for 117 rupees you will get all the channels you had before. So I recharg 117 rupees. And now after recharging, I see that I have not received all the channels like before. Now I have called customer care and they say that I have recharged by mistake. I have their call record. What I do is wrong, they are all well understood. And I am a Bengali I can’t speak without Bengali language. And they don’t want to talk to anyone except Hindi. I want a solution please .. thank you
