Update: Finally the court date arrived. The judge agreed that at some point it becomes extortion by quoting one price, then doubling the price just because they knew that I didn’t have the original price in writing and keeping my vehicle unless I paid the higher amount, but the onus was on me to prove that he quoted me that original price.

Bottom line… the judge sided with the extortionist and recommend that I go to the Attorney General. They got away with a crime and I can’t do anything about it.

GET IT IN WRITTING or better yet. Just don’t go to this place.

Wait time

I had a appt time for 11 am . Got there about 10;50 . Car went in at 11;50 . Wanted oil change and inspect front brakes . They replaced front pads and changed the oil . Got the car back at 2:50pm . 4 HOURS ! Look simple put this just is unacceptable . BTW other customers that day 11/3/22 had similar experiences . Not sure why so long .

Dome panel was not falling when I left car with them, when picked up it was brokeoken and falling. They denied breaking but I know it had not fallen when I left car. Phil was rude and said i am noy

Phil was rude and said I am not paying for that (meanly) they had put it back up but it fell on my head about a block away. They did not even point out anything and PHIL said that is because they wrote it on the invoice. I would have noticed if it was that way when I brought it in with all the wires and all. I asked them if they could fix it but it didnt happen. this is the worst experience I hae had since owning a car and consider this exploitation of the elderly.

Lies, deceits, horrible custom service

The store manager reached out and addressed the specifics of my case that led to the information I was provided. This also showed me what was missing from the original explanation. We reached an amicable and satisfactory agreement and he coached the employee involved.

User’s recommendation: Ask for the complete explanation and get a manager if it’s still unclear.

I’ve been trying for days to pay on my account

I called and held for a customer service representative numerous times and EVERY time the call was disconnected. There’s no way to pay unless I go to my bank, transfer money, go buy stamps and envelopes, write a check and that’s an inconvenience when I should be able to pay with my card. It’s an ordeal and not appreciated.

Bad Troubleshooting and Repairs

I took my car in for an AC Compressor replacement . I drove the car one time after the job was completed and the lines iced up. I took the car back and asked why did the technician not check that the AC CLUTCH remain engaged . The service manager replied that I was grasping for straws. This is no way to treat a customer. The job was not done properly . I will never go back to Tires Plus , they lost a customer for life . NOT RECOMMENDED .
