dear sir/miss
regarding to the title above, i would like to complaint about your service. I was send to abx counter at Alor Setar on 16th April 2018 with airway bill no [protected] to Kota Samarahan Sarawak with consignee name Anisah phone no [protected].
Base on tracking system, my parcel is shipment out at subang on 17th April 2018. but until now/today, 2nd May there are no progress at all.
I have been tried to follow up with domestic courier Alor Setar, but she asked me to wait until Subang give the update. i am a seller, i need to explain to my customer about this matter. I asked them to give my customer a call and make an explaination about this problem but they said they dont know the problem and dont know what to explain. is that well trained staff? just give a call from abx and say some problem cause in subang is hard?
i have provide all the detail above, please do something to make my name as seller clear.
i been using abx with trusted for a long time, please dont let me down.
