We have an account with Afrox; this account is in a total shambles due to the incompetence of their staff. We have been unable to resolve various account issues and are pushed from one person to the next. This problem has been going on for more than a year. We received a credit for R7 000 for incorrect billing. After presuming that this had finally been resolved we are starting to receive accounts for same thing that was supposed to have been resolved. The worst thing about this is that we are the ones that have to try and resolve these issues. Nobody from Afrox is willing to sort this out, they make it our problem!
