Ajman Bank

I have opened account with Ajman Bank. It took 3 months to process and after 4 months there is no access to the internet which was blocked by the bank due to lack of document. The document was provided and continued follow up for 2 months, till now the block is not removed and no one in Call Centre know why. IT Dept. is not reachable and anytime I call the Officer, ” forwarded to IT Dept.” Many complaints lodged as the Branch or Sales Agent or even Call Centre representative are helpless. This is gross disregard of a customer grievance which AJMAN BANK continue to ignore while they make a propaganda that the provide award winning service. What a lie to trap the new customers. BEWARE!
