If you accidentally hit “2 day delivery” it automatically gets you on Prime while checking out and they automatically charge you $100.00 plus your order. Mine came in in 2 days without using prime or 2 day shipping.

Return authorization #

Amazon issued a return with UPS on July 13,2022. UPS picked up the parcel on July 16,2022. The parcel is lost, stolen, missing. I have called UPS and Amazon 50 times and still no customer support The story changes daily.. Neither company can locate the package. Due to this, Amazon needs to issue a refund.

User’s recommendation: Be careful dealing with Amazon. They are not what they seem.

I am at the understanding that the Covid test kit did not have any expiry date and when called your customer service, they said nothing can be done with the return and the valve is around $80. Let me know if anything can be done for your loyal customers. Regards Venkatesh Sethuraman.

Dammit!!!

I’m tired of being treated like this, I’ve been jerked around all week I want my *** package!!! I paid my last few bucks to get these wigs and shampoo, I. Am having serious health issues and I am losing my hair by the gobs and I would like to get those wigs before I die so I can look pretty in my *** coffee, just please send it somewhere close so I can just pick it up, dammit, I want to talk to a manager or president of the company!!!

Terrible delivery drivers

I order stuff from Amazon all the time and youre delivery drivers either lose my packages or there to lazy to deliver to my home ! There is plenty of room for them to turn around! My apartment is the only one with a deck ! I have a package out there now and on website tracking stating package could be lose ! How does that happen during delivery! Says it was in truck and left facility! Absolutely ridiculous
