My wife and I went to this store to purchase beds for our children. The sales person was real nice while we made the purchase, we were told it would take a week. The order was delayed! We called and was told it would be in, when it finally came we set up a delivery and was given a block of time (between 4pm-8pm). They did not arrive until after 9:30pm, our children were in bed and we told them they would have to deliver the next day. We called the manager who then became very rude to us and the sales person did not help us at all. We wanted our money back and was told we would be given a store credit of over $900.00! I did not want anything else from that place. We called corporate and spoke with another rude person. Once a sale is completed the members of this business does not care at all. I have attached a picture to show how the metal bed broke at 3 corners. As a business professor I tell my students to be cautious when dealing with them and use them as a business model of what not to do to customers. They have not cared enough to address our issue. I recommend anyone having problems with American Freight contact your local Better Business Bureau and your state’s Attorney General. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!
