This complain is against Apollo Pharmacy, Shop No.26, Ground Floor, Tower-1, City Square, Sector-01, Greater Noida West. UP Ph: [protected] (Copy of Card Attached)
Today I made a purchase of Rs.234/- and paid through Paytm. Showed proof of payment (Attached here).
I live in same society where this Apollo Pharmacy is operating.
The employee whose picture is attached told me to pay cash also as he has not recieved payment from Paytm. When I said that I will not pay twice for one bill, he hold my purchased stuff and asked me to stay till payment is shown in his account. I was coming back from office after working for around 12 hrs and extremely tired.
I am working with Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India in Delhi and staying in our own flat no. F-2005 at Ace CIty, Greater Noida West and the shop is operating in same society and delivering products at our door step too for last one year.
Just to appraise here that my husehold purchases so far must be more than 10000/- since inception of this drug store opened and we have registered phone in their software with no. [protected]. We had points balance also worth Rs.100/-. Despite regular customer for so long, he did’nt allow me to move from shop to my flat.
When I asked his ID Card, he refused to show (Photo Attached). Hope you will take appropriate steop for such unruly behaviour and update me about action taken.
