I received a letter to keep my current payment arrangement I had to pay my balance on August 25, I paid my bill on the 23rd over the asking amount. Today is September 5 and my services were disconnected because I was told I didn’t call in my payment from 2 weeks ago and never received a disconnect notice at all. The customer service representative could clearly see the letter mailed, the asking amount and the paid amount and treated me like I made the mistake. Now I have to pay a reconnect fee for a bill I paid ahead of time
