Dear Sir/ Mam,
i would like to inform you that on Dec. 26, 2021, I was looking for a flight via Clark Field in the Philippines in your CheapOair on line booking. I was able to find a certain flight from Dubai to Clark field in the amount of 2,400 dirhams. When I booked on that flight your on-line messaged said that the seats were already full. I already placed my card number and pin number on the payment page. Likewise, your message said ” Don’t worry your card will not be charged”.
I tried to find another available flight in Singapore airlines and clicked the one going to Manila to find out its details. I did not make any transaction on that flight schedule. You can check on that and I did not reach the payment page nor any seat was taken. Confident that the booking was void which was going to Clark Field in the Philippines, I just found out that there was a confirmation on Dec. 26, 2021 Singapore Airline SQ495 on Jan. 12, 2022 booking no. [protected].
I tried to dispute this last Jan. 12, 2022 with your employee named Robert however, he just recommended a refund ticket to be made. We already applied for a refund on the same date in the amount of $912.30 under Rosalina B. Bernal (The passenger’s name).
What I am trying to emphasize here is that when I clicked the other flight on your on line booking which was going to Manila, It automatically booked that flight since the card number and pin of my card was placed on the payment on the flight going to Clark field . And the flight that was confirmed was not the destination I was looking for which was Manila. I presumed that it was the mistake of your on-line computer programming. It took awhile for me to find out the confirmation of the ticket because of the holiday season and I was confident because no transaction was made.
In view of this, I would like to request an investigation on your computer programming regarding this matter. I think there’s a record with regards to such a transaction. Furthermore, I should not be charged with refund fee and other fees amounting to $200.00. I demand a full refund of the amount($1,027.84) which you got from my CITIBANK card.
Hoping that this dispute will be resolved by your good office. I shall be waiting for your response.
