Who can we talk to

Miiss my flight because i had covid contack them to make flight changes ask me for posetive pct test results i sent it then they went quiet got alot of emails where they said call us for new dates everytime i call they said no they must get the terms and conditions of emarites will sent me a email after 72 houers and everytime no email i keep Calling and same thing over and over

Hello I think they are thief’s they took my money for no reason . I didn’t book for flight , they’ve been trying to steal my money for long time that I had to start locking my card not until today

They stole my money from my card . I didnt book for flight and they took away my money . They are scam

Charged for annual membership I didn’t request.

Booked a flight through edreams but did not request edreams prime membership. Was charged $59.99 anyway. Attempts to have charge reversed are impossible through their website, can only cancel subscription you never asked for but no way to request refund of the forced membership. Attempts to contact customer service numbers never resulted in a live person to request the reversal of the arbitrary charge.

User’s recommendation: I will never ever ever use edreams again! Nor should anyone else!

Still waiting for refund money back

The company have debited money from my account after 48 hours..and because I have not received any confirmation regarding the flight..to me they had a problem so I purchased another tickets..in meantime edreams gas debited for the first one.
