This is complaint of the rudeness and disrespect that I’ve experienced with 2 representatives. I received my order and it clearly appeared that the product was a used product, because the lace was cut to size and strands of the wig had a different texture. The texture was rough as if the product was cinched with too much heat.
I was not afforded the opportunity to explain what I just stated above, when both times I was hung up on. This treatment to a customer was clearly unnecessary. I was very surprised and disappointed in the behavior of the representatives of Especially Yours, Inc.
I spoke with a Supervisor but still I want corporate to be aware of this incident. The item will be returned, hopefully for an even exchange.
