The items that have been completed on the project as of February 23, 2021:
• 4 windows and 1 slider were installed at a cost decrease of $988. This decrease was provided because original Wood Color Trim Interior were not available. This quote was provided by Katie Willoughby on January 7, 2021.
• Exterior trim and caulking on those 4 windows and 1 slider were completed.
To date March 20
• The interior wood casings and interior stained wood trim has not been completed as included in the original contract.
• The glass in the slider has not been changed out for the French Style glass windows which Katie Willoughby (Evergreen’s scheduler) had agreed to provide on February 18, 2021.
No communication by Evergreen Home Exteriors to complete the job.
