I ordered a New Ranger (2020) from Robberson Ford in Bend Oregon on 24 Sept. 2019.
The sales person’s name is Sean Stiff. When I ordered the Truck I was told that it would be delivered to me in the first couple weeks of December 2019.
I have since checked on the progress of the Truck and now I am told the truck won’t be ready until the second week of January 2020. The reason is that it is a 2020 and the 2020’s are not being built yet.
They went further in saying that the production of the truck won’t start until the first week of December, when I was expecting delivery.
This makes me think that I will miss all the Xmas incentives and discounts on my New Vehicle.
I have 3 other rangers ( one being my wife’s new one bought from this dealer) and was needing the new one because it comes with a tilt and telescoping steering wheel. I need this because last year I was in an accident and lost my right leg the tilt wheel allows me easier access into the truck. I am also a Disabled Navy Vet.
So any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
