Or clock has been crazy for quite awhile. Hard to believe Honda couldnt resolve this issue sooner. We took our vehicle into the service department and they were of no help. Made a call to Honda, after several attempts to walk us through a fix, they told us to go to the dealer. Called another dealer – no help. We went after it ourselves- no book- try 100 things- we fixed it ourselves.

MAGIC SEATS

Locking lug key bought with SUV still in the bag in glove compartment did not fit locking lugs.

My wife had a flat tire at home, was unable to take tire off as locking lug key bought new from dealer did not fit. The person sent by Honda could not help and suggested I have Honda Crx towed to dealer. I had an appointment at MD Anderson cancer hospital the Monday morning. I was abke to take off locking lugs by watching someone else with the same problem. Disappointed in Honda not checking this before I drove off the lot. This could have been serious if I was stranded on the side of the road.

No body will let me know how much warranty i have left on my 2018 Honda Pilot. And Moses Lake bud clary Honda cant find why the AWD LIGHT keeps coming on Ive had it in there service department 3 times and they cant fix it

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to furnish proof of payment. Honda reviewed the case and emailed that my reimbursement was approved..

I have a 2003 CR-V. The driver’s side window quit while it was down. My shop replaced the switch to the cost of $245.00. A few days later I got a letter from Honda about a recall repair for the vehicle and called the local dealership. Only at the appointment did I learn that recall repair was for the very same switch that had already been fixed. I want to be reimbursed for that fee.

I got a recall repair notice 1 week after replacing the part in question. It’s the window master switch. Not knowing what the recall was for I made an appointment, yesterday and found out that I had already paid ,out of pocket, $244.48. Will Honda reimburse me? Cecil Fields VIN#{{Redacted}} Thank you

Had to replace my batery in my brand new accord

I purchased my 2020 Honda Accord Sports 2.0 Sept 14,2020 from Honda South I only have my car services at Honda South Morrow,GA Curry Honda Chamblee ,Ga I was informed that I needed to replace my battery because the voltages was low . And No One could answer my question as of why? I am a Honda driver never had to replace a battery in car that I have for less then 2years.. that I bought New.. please Advise Thanks Mr EASON-WINN

Update. Car Battery completely dies had to purchase a new battery and Honda completely drop the ball with No Help or answers to my questions *** to why I have to replace a battery in a brand new that Is is less then 2years old.
