They do not stand behind the products they sell, purchased an Intex sand filter pump assembly less than 2 years ago, tank is leaking water now and should be covered by warranty for 2 years. I emailed them and received several rude threatening emails in return but no assistance to correct issue. They will not send me the documents required to give to Intex so they can warranty part and Intex will not correct issue either. WCS does not have a phone that a normal person could call and speak to a person only email. I would say BUYER BEWARE! Do not waste your time or money on Intex or Windy City Superstore products and they sell on ebay as well don’t be robbed as I was.
