Hello, my name is Rochelle, I am 35 years old and have been smoking Lambert and Butler cigarettes since I was 18 years old.
Today while I was just about to light my cigarette, I noticed something hanging out of the end, so I proceeded to pull it off, thinking it was just a long piece of tobacco, but to my surprise while I was pulling it, it was bouncing back into the cigarette. In shock, I tore the cigarette to see what it was, and I can only describe it to be a piece of elastic band with rigid edges to it?
This is definitely not a product that belongs in a cigarette, and I am disappointed!
I’ve taken a picture of the elastic I retrieved, and have attached it to this email, lately I have been dissatisfied with my L&B product as I have on a couple of occasions purchased the cigarettes and felt I have been smoking counterfeit cigarettes. I don’t really want to go to another brand as this is something I am used to.
I am a loyal customer of yours and feel this is not on.
It would be much appreciated if you could respond to my email.
