I have been coming to Master cuts west county mall St Louis, Missouri. The stylists are wonderful, the three (all part time) that left. It seems that they have no support and no new stylists are being hired. Instead a receptionist was hired to tell customers that stylist (Three) work six days and on Wednesday there isn’t a stylist working at all just the reception ist. Is corporate closing this store? Many customers as timers will be angry, including myself. Treat you employees with respect! Treat the customers with respect. Hire more stylists or send help from corporate. We here is the regional managerget in all this?
