Greetings!

As per the above mention subject, My Name is Pratik Mishra Resident of Lucknow Uttar Pradesh was called for an Interview to Nashik on 21st March 2020, My returning reservation was for 22nd March 2020 however I was told by the charimen of the Organization Mr. Bapu Sonwayne that we will be meeting on 23rd of March 2020 and they will finalise the decision on 23rd itself.
My tarin cancelled due to the lockdown and I was appointed as Head of Sales and Marketing in DLS AGRO INFRAVENTURES here in Nashik College Road.
I received the offer Letter on 30th March 2020 stating that my joining will be post Lockdown and during this time company will bear my fooding and lodging expences and they will deduct the same amount from my salary, now company has given me Rs20000 during the month of March and April 2020 in which I have cleared companies dues for which company was liable to pay. Now during the month of March and April somehow I was managing my expencess and working for home with the team provided.
when i received the offer letter I clearily mention to tell me the date of joining but did not receive any revert on the same.

Now I am continiously asking for the expencess to be given to me by phone calls and whatsapp messages but I am not getting any revert form the HR Mr. Sandeep Jadhav /Mr. Bapu Sonewayne. which is a breach of TNC.

I request you to kindly intervien and get me the resolution.

With reference to your interview you had with us and subsequent our discussion on dated 23rd March 2020, we are pleased to offer you the position of Sales & Marketing Head.

Your Employment terms would be as follows.

Your lumsump emmoluments would be RS. 75000/- per month.

Applicable taxes will be deducted from above amount.

Probation period would be for 6 months. Management reserves the right to increase or decrease your probation period based on your performance.

Looking towards current situation of lockdown, company will bear expenses of your stay, food and other required expenses; which will be recovered from your salary.

Your date of joining will be effective from the day on which company start its routine operation smoothly after Government release lockdown in accordance with all rules & regulations and applicable laws.

Kindly provide your acceptance ASAP.
