I received the wireless charging pad and when I went to use it, I discovered the charging cord was way to short and I did not have an outlet where I could plug the charger in and lay it on a flat surface. So I contacted customer service writhe the explanation I have just stated and they wanted to charge me $5.00 to ask a technician the question and $42.oo for the answer. This is ridiculous. So then I called the phone number and of course there was no one available to talk with me. The took my information and still have heard nothing. If I can’t get a longer cord I need to return the item. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
