DON’T STAY AT Prinsengracht Hotel AMSTERDAM
I made a reservation at Prinsengracht Hotel in Amsterdam for the middle of September.
then my niece got a hold of my cell phone and accidently cancelled my reservation.
I contacted Prinsengracht Hotel and told the manager what had happened and I still wanted the reservation.
The manager was totally rude and told me we are keeping your $3, 100.00 even though my reservation is 2 months out.
I can’t believe that they have the right to keep my $3100.00 dollars even when my reservation is 2 months out.
This is not good business and I will never use Booking, com or the Prinsengracht Hotel in Amsterdam again
and would ask you to find a different hotel so you don’t get ripped off like the Prinsengracht Hotel did to me.
I can’t believe this is even legal I will start a petition with my congressman
and try to make it illegal to ripe people off like Prinsengracht Hotel in Amsterdam did me
