SF Express

When shipping things via S.F. Express, the consignor pays the shipping. However, every time S.F. Express delivers to Sai Kung, the drivers try to extract an extra HKD30 charge. This is incredibly unfair and is probably illegal. If the shipper must pay shipping fees, S.F. Express, which as already been paid for shipping by the shipper, has no right to ask for more fees from the consignee – this is something other express delivery services do not do.

This is criminal and cannot be excused. Moreover, this is not the first instance I have had this experience with S.F. Express. This is the 4th time.
