United Medical Center - negligence

Avoid at all costs. My wife and I were naive when we allowed Wendy Hansel to act as an agent for both us (buyers) and the sellers of a new home purchase. Soon after closing we came to several realizations:

1. There were many hidded problems with the home, some serious which we believe the agent was aware of.

2. We paid too much for the property. Likely resulting in the agents greed and unethical position of being dual agent. A true buyer’s agent would have negotiated a lower price.

3. The agent never discussed the many issues of the home which would make for a difficult resell. We have since sold the home and had to take over a $20, 000 loss.
