Sncipe is a Scam

I purchased 3 items from this company within 24 hours they sent an email with a tracking number and website to track. After tracking for several weeks the items were reported to be at my local US Post office. During my visit to the post office I was informed the tracking number does not match the numbers in their system. After contacting Sncipe by email a number of times they suggested my neighbors had the package. I called the phone number on their site which is disconnected. This company has not refunded my money nor provided the items purchased. They are definitely a scam.

This company is not legit; they scammed me out of my money and a xmas gift. They claimed their warehouse sent me the wrong item and would send me the correct item; however, the second item never arrived. Once I began to ask for a refund, the communication stopped. My bank (FCU) wouldn’t make good on the refund of charges since it was after the 60 days. I feel like the “company” knew that standard policy and taking about 60 days to stop responding.
User’s recommendation: do not order from this company.
