Damaged merchandise (duffle bag strap)

We purchased the duffle bag for my son. Back in April for a graduation gift. He was using it and this strap broke. We would like a replacement. He is a HUGE spaceX follower. He is a 26 yr old finance graduate from Rutgers University Newark NJ, currently working for JP MORGAN. We he and I have just recently met Hayley Arceneneaux at my schools, PG CHAMBERS SCHOOL Charity Gala, Menus for the Minds. What a great experience. We would appreciate a response to this request. Starlink help

Lost power to my poe on starlink have not been able to contact anyone at starlink to resolve the issue. The website is horribly built as a big troubleshooting circle and the customer service portal is almost like noone cares to help fix the issues. For 110 dollars a month I expect atleast some help to resolve my issue.

I canceled my account sent back starlink equipment within the 14 days, i sent it back the day after i received it . Could not get signal because of trees. Got a email 1 day later say it had been scanned in at FedEx and i would receive my refund. Just got billed for 1 month service when i never had service. No customer service phone number or billing help.not good business guys. Do i have to go on social media and tell my story. Just refund the $110. Bill i got for no service. This is so shady. Post a contact number and email on your Website. The elephant in the room will not go away.

User’s recommendation: Avoid choosing this service. Wort customer service EVER.

Setting up the satellite, I get “connected, no internet” – this went on for hours. Contacted customer service and have gotten no response after 4 days – and still no internet. Do they wait to contact you until the return date has passed? I’ve tried everything on their troubleshooting page to no avail.

I have an rv unit but my account says residential and i cant change it online.

I have a starlink RV but my account says residential. I have tried to make 2 monthly payments but it comes back as payment failed when it shouldn’t. I also have no way of shutting my starlink RV down for the months im not using my RV. I have called spacex and left 3 messages to no avail. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and it shows me that you just dont care. I have tried and tried to contact you in many forms and still nothing. My account needs to be corrected and adjusted by you since I cannot do this on your website.
