Tried calling call center at 08h50 for delivery of fnb card (option 2) but automated msg kept saying that hours of operation are between 8-5 and dropping the call. after 4 attempts i call the same number and chose opption 1 to advise them of the issue and get further help. I spoke to Luke and he just didnt care what my issues were and kept telling me to press the right option even though i told him the problems i encountered. eventually he just dropped the phone on me. Ive since asked FNB to cancel that card and will also never buy from takealot again.
