at your Westminster location I have had at least four examples of no one responding to curbside delivery service. Today and on at least four prior visits in past 2-3 months, waited in car. at least 20 min after pick-up/check-in time only to be forced to get in drive thru line taking an additional 20+ mi utes to receive order placed at a minimum hour prior on appfood is cold and expensive!!.not exaggerating and just want you to execute your program.

User’s recommendation: Customer is NOT important here….stay away!!

I Swiped my card for 24.56 and the manager said it didn’t go through my sister added her and her daughter’s meal and swiped her card, the manager said that it didn’t go through. So my sister paid cash the next evening, both of our cards were charged. The total meal was 52.00 WAS NOT GIVEN RECEIPTS

User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time or money here.

I LOVE the food- they mess it up often though- so look at your food before leaving with it. but there is no direct contact with ANYONE in the upper management or corporate. Took over 2 weeks to get a refund – even DoorDash can’t get through to their corporate office. That is NOT how you run a company. Thank you to pissed consumer for getting me in contact

Hair in my food

I was not happy I was not happy with my food I had a piece of hair in it my food was cold and they didn’t give me a receipt in the Drive-Thru I’m pretty sure it’s your policy for the drive-thru person to give out receipts to the customer and I really really would like my refund thank you I paid $68.47

Hair in my food

I called main office let them know they only accepted credit cards I cash. Unfortunately I only had cash.in the passion have gone and when I went home the order was missing bacon I took it back they told me we are out of bacon.i was very upset she gave me 4.00 coupon I felt I should have got a saled with a coupon for the inconvenience there has been a couple of timesi gave gone home and the order doesn’t look like the menu I won’t be back there again. Not that one at least.

User’s recommendation: I will not recommend…I could not order they did not take cash only took credit I live more then 21 miles I went there for my lunch for nothing gas is expensive to be wasting.tyn 21 miles drove for my food with only cash and they said only cards t.

No refund for a bug in sandwich

A sandwich I ordered had a bug stuck on the lettuce. The manager apologized and provided me a copy of my receipt and wrote her name and a note that I would be refunded within 3-5 days. It has now been over 2 weeks and multiple attempts to call customer service simply go to a voice mail system. At this point I wouldnt be surprised if they dont argue that I should have been charged for an additional item. The menu may be of value but the customer service is worthless.

User’s recommendation: Try getting any issues resolved at the location. Customer service is nonexistent.
