I made my call to customer service at 9:30am est. Their offices open at 8:00am cst. I was on hold for 3 hours and 45 minutes before someone by the name of Kent A. answered the phone.
I was only calling to make a change to the order, a simple change and I decided to just cancel completely. This has been a complete disaster and a misapproriation of my time, that I cannot get back. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a “lead” by the name of Katie, who just wanted to apologize about the long wait. Advising me know that call volume is high on Monday morning. I advised her that her response was unacceptable and I want to speak with a Supervisor, like I originally asked to.
So, I am now 4 hours and 8 minutes into the call. I spoke with Candice L. a supervisor who deemed a 4 hour hold “substantial. That was the understatement of the year. I will never recommend Pamper Chef to anyone. This is unacceptable! Four hours of my time that I will never get back! She offered me some type of random gift, for my time…
Stay away from Pampered Chef. As long as things go smoothly, no worries. Just don’t ever need to speak with a representative about anything… Thumbs down.
